New workshops added for February 2012

Two new workshops have been added to the programme for 2012. The first is a zigzag design with crystal finished dropper and the second is is a herringbone tube bracleet using different sizes of beads. Take a look now at the workshops page here for photos and dates.

Bead group gets ready for Christmas

Our Thursday night bead group enjoyed a special Christmas challenge this year. December 15th was the last meeting for 2011 and in place of the traditional gift for the Secret Santa, we could make and bring a beaded bauble. Here is our superb display of baubles, and everyone enjoyed the challenge. It was a great way to share our beading efforts with friends. This could be the start of a new Halfpenney tradition! What do you think?
