New festive designs

I have just added 3 new patterns to The (Virtual) Beading Room - www.virtual.halfpenney.co.uk.

There are 2 wine bottle covers and 1 bauble cover. The bottle covers can of course be used over any bottle! The netted bottle cover is the quickest to make and you can dress your up even more by swapping out the little firepolished beads for Christmas beads or charms. After making the swagged wine bottle cover I decided to go a step further and create a companion bauble cover. So here are the results.

What a Great Day

And what better day to launch my new chart than the day Queen Elizabeth II becomes the longest reigning UK monarch?

We have had a Union Jack design available on our pens, pencils and key rings for some time, but now you can download a chart for this iconic flag. It is charted in even count peyote stitch and if you need help with the stitch you can download my introductory guide for free. It makes a super brooch too.

The chart will normally sell for £1.50, but from today and for the rest of September you can download it FOR FREE! You will find it at The (Virtual) Beading Room under brooches and non-jewellery.

The very popular fuchsia flower that came as part of a bookmark kit is now available to download from The (Virtual) Beading Room. You can find it under the non-jewellery section.
Following a few requests, I have also now made the Queen of Diamonds Bracelet pattern available to download.
I am working my way through my designs in no particular order, so if you want to get hold of one of my patterns via the download, just let me know and I can put it to the top of the list.

Secret Heaven Box beadweaving pattern

After much interest was shown in my Thread Heaven Box at the last Nantwich Bead Fair, the pattern is now available at The (Virtual) Beading Room.
